TalkEstimate Terms of Service

Plain English, because that's how we build. By using TalkEstimate you
agree to these terms.
What TalkEstimate does
TalkEstimate helps you turn a spoken jobsite walkthrough into a priced
estimate and send it to your customer for approval. The AI organizes what
you say; every price comes from your own cost book and settings.
Your estimates are yours
- You are responsible for reviewing every estimate before sending it.
TalkEstimate is a tool, not a contractor — check the numbers, the same
way you'd check a calculator's inputs.
- Estimates, proposals, and change orders you send create agreements
between you and your customer. TalkEstimate is not a party to
those agreements and doesn't guarantee payment, accuracy of your
pricing, or the outcome of any job.
- You confirm you have permission to enter your customers' contact
details and to record voice notes where you work.
Early access
- TalkEstimate is free during early access. We'll give clear notice
before anything ever costs money.
- It's early software. We work hard on reliability, but we can't
promise uninterrupted service or zero bugs. Don't make it your only
copy of critical information.
Fair use
Don't use TalkEstimate to break the law, spam people, or attempt to
access other users' data. We can suspend accounts that do.
Privacy
How we handle your data is covered in the
Privacy Policy. Short version: your data is
yours, it's never sold, and you can ask us to delete it.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so plainly on
this page and by email.
